At Built Different, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. We want to ensure you feel as confident in our gear as you do in your performance.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into the original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
